Beyond Behaviors Consulting
Job title: General Manager
Project timeline: 2022 -
Project location: United Arab Emirates
Created a robust business model for the emerging company specializing in therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
After countless hours of brainstorming, research, market survey and competition study we arrived at a robust, yet flexible model for the company. Our main goal was to minimise the fixed costs for the company. That goal was achieved by modifying the industry standard model of employment. The employment obligations are undertaken directly by parents.
Our company only act as a provider of therapy. We oversee the therapist, monitor child's progress and modify the therapy according to parent's needs or kid's development. This way we still provide the same range of services as competition but do not bear the labour costs.
As the company grows we already see opportunities in expanding our offering. We see the needs at schools, kindergartens and other education-related institutions for advice, training and consulting. We also have plans on expanding the offering beyond basic therapy into teaching courses and programs for parents, schools and other interested individuals.
Regarding the administrative structure of the company, we explore our options for transforming parts of the company into a non-profit business model. We actively search for sponsorship or cooperation with relevant government agencies to provide our services to people who cannot afford them.

AOS-71 Electric glider
Job title: Electrical Design Engineer
Work period: 2009 - 2010
Work location: Poland
Propulsion system design and prototyping for an electric glider.
Worked from the very early stage of the initial design of the machine.
Representing my employer Wamtechnik I was tasked with aiding Politechnika Warszawska in providing glider with a battery pack and a propulsion system.
We designed two types of battery packs:
1. A fixed box design which could beinstalled in the fuselage
2. An elastic battery array installedin the wings.
Did multiple tests on both battery types. The Box design was easy andcheap to manufacture. However, its location was problematic as gliders are verylight vehicles and such a heavy component was posing severe balancing issues. The wing battery array posed a very challenging engineering issue due to theglider’s high wing flex, the battery had to be constructed with tightlypackaged cells connected allowing for up to 5-degree flex between cells, morethan 35-degree flex on the span of the wing. This design was superior and eventually was chosen for the final product.
The engine chosen was a 30KW Sineton A37K015 unit. It proved to be a verypowerful and reliable unit with one of the best power-to-weight ratiosavailable at that time.
The glider design was finalized in 2012 after a successful flight test. Till 2014 some minor technical issues were taken care of and the overall protoype design refined. The final design was unveiled to the public in 2014 at Kompozyt Expo in Cracow.
